Philadelphia Union teenager Noe Uwimana says he is elated with a call up to play for Rwanda, a country he chose to represent over Tunisia. The talented youngster was born in the United States to a Rwandan father and a Tunisian mother and he is eligible to feature for all three countries. He honored his maiden national team call up for Rwanda when coach Carlos Ferrer came calling, hoping to rely on his services ahead of crunch AFCON qualifier against Mozambique at the Huye Sports Stadium on Sunday, June 18.
