Dear Editor, Last Sunday, those who pray at Christian Life Assembly, were both surprised and impressed by the Ministry Expo at the church. The intention of Pastor Komat was to make every one aware of their purpose in Service to the Kingdom of God. In his sermon “Shaped to serve”, derived from Rick Warrens book “The Purpose Driven Life”. He showed insight on the various ministries people can get involved in, since every person is uniquely made with different personalities. After the service every church member was given the opportunity to choose where they belong. The ministries include Worship Team, Cell ministry, Young Adults, Leadership, Mercy Homes, Children’s, Teen’s, Women’s, Men’s, Intercession and Ushering Ministries. It is a step forward for so many who didn’t have the time to get involved in church activities. If other churches would do the same it would help those church goers who don’t believe they have a purpose in Service. Kacyiru
