Gasabo and Bugesera won the just-concluded national Sitting Volleyball Championship in men and women’s categories, after beating Gisagara and Nyarugenge respectively in the finals held at Gisagara Gymnasium over the weekend. Sitting volleyball is a form of volleyball for athletes with disabilities. As opposed to standing volleyball, sitting volleyball players must sit on the floor while playing.
