Five suspects involved in the case of the Kinyinya-based estate called Urukumbuzi, popularly known as Kwa Dubai, will be arraigned in the Gasabo Primary Court on May 22, sources say. The suspects face charges related to abuse of their functions. The suspects are Jean Nsabimana, a businessman who constructed the estate in question, the former Mayor of Gasabo, Stephen Rwamulangwa, former Vice Mayor, Raymond Chrétien Mberabahizi, former Director of One Stop Center, Jeanne d’Arc Nyirabihogo, and Gasabo District engineer, Jean-Baptiste Bizimana.
