Bank of Kigali has introduced the Loan Repayment Feature available on the BK Mobile App that allows clients to keep track of their repayment schedule, interest rates, and Outstanding Balance without queuing at a bank’s branch. This is part of the lender’s steps towards achieving technology transformation impacting the lives of Rwandans through its innovative digital products and services. While saving clients’ time and effort, the feature provides that the loan amount and schedule automatically adjust according to the amount paid, providing customers with real-time updates on their loan status. “This state-of-the-art feature ensures transparency and allows customers to stay in control of their finances, making informed decisions about their loan repayment journey,” it stated.
