Ugandan local gov’t officials tour Rulindo
Local government officials from the Ugandan district of Kitgum hope to learn from Rwanda’s reconstruction and transformation process, following the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi. Led by the district’s LC 5 chairman, Luka Nyeko, the delegation yesterday toured Rulindo district to witness the various projects that have facilitated the development process.
