There is a lot to learn from Rwanda
Editor,I am Ugandan, living in Kampala. I recently visited the Rwandan capital, Kigali, for the first time, and found out that there is plenty to learn from this country.The first thing that strikes any visitor is the cleanliness of the city.Kigali is sparkling clean, and personally, I think it is the cleanest city in East and Central Africa if not the entire Africa.
