Apartment buildings critical for country’s small land area
Rwanda Housing Authority has announced plans to start sensitising Rwandans, particularly those living in urban areas, to consider living in apartments, rather than the present residential housing models. This, according to the authority, will help address land shortage considering the size and growth of the population.
