Makuza to attend Museveni swearing -in
Prime Minister Bernard Makuza will today represent President Paul Kagame at the swearing-in ceremony of Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni at Kololo Independence Ground in Kampala. Other leaders scheduled to attend the ceremony include Presidents Goodluck Jonathan of Nigeria, Mwai Kibaki of Kenya and Jakaya Kikwete of Tanzania.
