CDF gets Euros 5.5 million boost

KIGALI -The German government, through its Development Bank, yesterday signed an agreement worth €5.5m (approx Rwf4.6bn) with the  Common Development Fund (CDF).The CDF Director, Laetitia Nkunda, promised to use the funds towards activities that will improve living conditions. “We shall finance district based-infrastructure projects, which are in line with the decentralization system.
