BURUNDI’s New Stars basketball club wants $30, 000 for APR-target Point Guard Francis Sokoroza.The Burundi No 1 point guard was APR Coach Cliff Owuor’s number one top transfer target after his side was disadvantaged last year both on the domestic and regional level with long injury lists and departure of players.
