Judges urged to uphold professionalism
KIGALI - The president of the High Court and Principal Judge at the East African Court of Justice (EACJ), Johnston Busingye, has urged judges to enhance professionalism in their work.Busingye made the remarks during a forum that brought together heads of Primary, Intermediate and the High Courts, countrywide, to assess their performance and forge the way forward.
