No place for hate speech in Rwanda – NPPA

KIGALI-The National Public Prosecuting Authority. (NPPA) has said that there is no place for hate speech and divisionism in Rwanda. NPPA made the statement, yesterday, while welcoming the guilty verdict against Bernard Ntaganda, the leader of a faction of PS-Imberakuri.
