Don’t miss the opportunity to vote
Editor, I have read in your paper that the National Electoral Commission is giving more time to Rwandans to register to vote in the upcoming presidential elections. I once lived in a country where I could not even vote for my area representative and yet the only way my voice could be heard was through my ballot.
