The Tigers booked their place in the knockout stage after staging a dramatic 19-point comeback to beat Shanghai Sharks 117-115 in overtime on Wednesday. The victory saw the reigning Basketball Africa League champions advance as one of the two group runners-up. The other semi-final will pit Group A winners Rytas Vilnius against Boca Juniors. The Tigers will now look to build on their comeback victory as they continue their campaign against some of the world’s top club sides.
