Congolese coach Guy Bukasa is reportedly considering leaving Al Hilal after just one month following the appointment of South African tactician Josef Zinnbauer as the club's new head coach. Although Al Hilal's leadership is understood to be keen on retaining Bukasa and incorporating him into Zinnbauer's technical team, sources close to the Congolese coach suggest he is eager to pursue opportunities elsewhere as a head coach. Bukasa took charge of Al Hilal during the recently concluded CECAFA Kagame Cup, guiding the Sudanese giants to a third-place finish. The arrival of former Orlando Pirates coach Zinnbauer is expected to reshape Al Hilal's technical bench and could ultimately pave the way for Bukasa's departure. While the club would reportedly prefer to keep Bukasa within its coaching structure, the 44-year-old appears determined to take the next step in his career by leading a team in his own right rather than remaining in an assistant role. A final decision on his future is expected in the coming days, but reports indicate that Bukasa is ready to seek a new challenge where he can continue working as a head coach. Meanwhile, Al Hilal are set to return to Rwanda to continue preparations for the upcoming CAF Champions League campaign and domestic competitions. The Sudanese club is also expected to compete in the BK Premier League while maintaining its temporary base in Rwanda.
