Rastafarians in Kigali, on Tuesday May 11, flocked Evolve nightclub at One Love Cultural heritage in Kimihurura to mark Bob Marley’s 29th commemoration. The atmosphere was terrific and exceptional music directed by locally famed reggae artists.
