FESPAD 2010 Launch
The 7th Edition of FESPAD (The Pan African Dance Festival) was launched yesterday at Kigali Serena Hotel. ‘Inganzo Ngali’ a traditional troupe sparked off the occasion with a ballistic performance by Ikobe music group from Huye, renowned artists like Meddy and Kitoko aroused a lot of excitement from the audience.
