Kepler Women’s Volleyball Club outside hitter Binta Fatoumata has joined Azerbaijani top tier side DH Volley ahead of the upcoming volleyball season. The 23-year-old Guinean attacker secured the move shortly after representing her national team at the CAVB Zone II Women’s African Nations Championship Qualifiers recently held in Cape Verde. ALSO READ: Police WVC target Kepler’s Uzamukunda Fatoumata joined Kepler VC for the 2025/26 season and quickly established herself as one of the club’s key players, helping the team reach the finals only on its second season the Rwanda Women’s Volleyball League. They eventually lost the championship to APR Women’s Volleyball Club. Her impressive performances also earned her the Best Attacker award for the playoffs. The club’s libero, Fillette Uzamukunda, is also reportedly in talks with Police WVC over a possible move.
