It provides for cooperation in addressing transnational organised crime, including cybercrime, human trafficking, online child sexual exploitation, money laundering, and the illicit trade in arms and ammunition. Since its signing, the agreement has facilitated the participation of Rwandan Police officers in training programmes in Singapore focused on professional and leadership development.
