APR VC outside hitter Yves Mutabazi has admitted that there is still room for improvement as his side prepares to face Uganda’s Nemo Stars in a crucial Group A clash at the Africa Men’s Club Championship on Saturday at BK Arena. Whenever a Rwandan team plays against a Ugandan representative, it’s never easy,” Mutabazi said following APR’s straight-sets victory over Litto Team on Friday. “I can’t promise much, but our aim is to improve our performance and play even better,” he added. APR VC have looked solid so far in the tournament, building momentum as they seek to surpass their fourth-place finish from the previous edition. Nemo Stars have also impressed, securing wins over Petrojet Sporting Club and Nigeria Customs. The Ugandan side, six-time national league champions, will be equally confident as they aim to better their sixth-place finish in 2019. With neither team having dropped a set, Saturday’s match is shaping up to be a decisive and high stakes battle that could determine the outcome of Group A. Tags: , ,
