Al Hilal will look to tighten their grip at the top of the Rwanda Premier League table when they face SC Kiyovu on Saturday. The league leaders have 55 points and are eager for revenge after losing 2–1 in the first leg to the Green Baggies. Meanwhile, second-placed APR FC travel to Rubavu to take on Etincelles FC at Umuganda Stadium in a rescheduled matchday 27 game. APR, on 52 points, can draw level with Al Hilal with a win. Etincelles, currently 16th with 22 points, are desperate for victory as they fight to escape the relegation zone. Head coach Abdul Beken Bizimana is confident his side can use home advantage to trouble the defending champions. Despite APR’s dominance, Etincelles have previously managed to frustrate them, especially at home. Elsewhere on Saturday, Gicumbi host AS Muhanga, Mukura face Al Merrikh in Huye, while other fixtures continue Sunday with Rayon Sports visiting Rutsiro and Police taking on Bugesera.
