Continental HR company ITM Africa has officially opened its new office in Rwanda, after close to a decade of supporting workforce development and connecting talent to opportunity. The launch took place on March 19 at the company’s new premises in Nyarutarama, bringing together partners, clients, and government officials. ITM Africa, which is part of ITM Holding under the broader ITM Group, stated the new office reflects its long-term commitment to developing human capital in Rwanda and strengthening its growing presence across the continent. Bernard Harerimana, Sector Capacity Building Analyst, in the Ministry of Labour and Public Service said that ITM Africa’s growth reflects its continued contribution to strengthening Rwanda’s human capital, one of the key foundations of the nation’s development. “As a ministry, our priority remains to create sustainable, decent, and productive employment for all Rwandans, particularly for young people entering an evolving labour market,” he said. “Achieving this ambition requires strong collaboration between the public sector and private actors who share a vision for inclusive growth.” He noted that institutions like ITM Africa play a key role in this ecosystem.
