Saturday Musanze vs Mukura Bugesera vs SC Kiyovu Gasogi United vs Rutsiro Marines vs APR Sunday Etincelles vs Rayon Sports Amagaju vs Gorilla AS Kigali vs AS Muhanga Mukura Victory Sports head coach Canisius Nshimiyimana says the team is confident of bouncing back from their Peace Cup round-of-16 defeat to Etincelles when they face Musanze in the Rwanda Premier League on Saturday at Ubworoherane Stadium. Both teams head into the clash disappointed after being eliminated from the Peace Cup, ending their hopes of winning silverware this season. Mukura were knocked out by Etincelles, while Musanze were eliminated by Gasogi United. “We will go into the game looking for a win and we believe we can achieve our target,” Nshimiyimana said. “We must correct our mistakes and stick to our game plan.” Following the Peace Cup round-of-16 matches, the Rwanda Premier League resumes this weekend with several teams aiming to bounce back from cup disappointment. Elsewhere on Saturday, Bugesera will host SC Kiyovu at Bugesera Stadium in another clash between teams recently eliminated from the competition. Gasogi United, who progressed in the Peace Cup, will host Rutsiro, while Marines—knocked out by AS Kigali—take on APR, who remain in high spirits after eliminating SC Kiyovu.
