Host nation Rwanda will open its historic FIFA Series 2026 campaign against Grenada in Group A at Amahoro Stadium on March 27. The fixture is part of the FIFA Series 2026 — a set of international friendly matches aimed at fostering competition between national teams from different football confederations. Running in Kigali from March 26–30, the tournament provides a valuable platform for Rwanda to test itself against international opponents, including Caribbean side Grenada, as part of its continued football development efforts. Rwanda and Grenada have been drawn in Group A alongside Kenya and Estonia, who will also face off in Kigali. The Rwandan capital will also host Group B, featuring Tanzania, Liechtenstein, Aruba, and Macau.
