Kayonza district staff trained in accountability
KAYONZA - Kangurirwa, a Human Rights Association, last week trained 61 civil society leaders in Kayonza district in accountability and project planning. Frank Asiimwe, the chairman of Kangurirwa said that apart from human rights awareness, they wanted to build the capacity of participants to manage cooperatives.
