Groom a reading culture
Editor, One thing I have noticed is that many children have so much material to read however, they lack the initiative to do so due to the limited access to libraries. Still with young, fresh minds Rwanda’s children should step forth and make use of all the unexplored skills they have in reading in writing.
It’s necessary to promote the culture of reading among Rwanda’s children.
