Power cuts affect Rwamagana businesses
RWAMAGANA - Business persons operating in Rwamagana have voiced concerns over the persistent power blackouts which have forced them to make losses. According to residents, power goes off from 7 am until 5pm, leaving most perishable goods to get spoilt. Joseph Mutabingwa, a businessman dealing in vegetables said he was greatly affected.
