Ugandan singer Spice Diana has officially confirmed her separation from Roger Lubega’s Source Management, ending a nearly decade-long professional partnership. In a statement released on Thursday, the singer announced that the change in her management structure takes immediate effect. She described the separation as amicable and said all business matters between the two parties have been fully settled. “For several years, I worked with Source Management and Mr Lubega Rogers. I appreciate the contribution and support I was given during that journey,” Spice Diana said. She revealed that the settlement included the mutual sharing of jointly acquired property and a royalty arrangement covering her past music catalogue. According to the singer, there are no outstanding claims, and both sides have moved on professionally. The announcement follows months of speculation about their working relationship. Spice Diana first addressed the issue during a phone interview on NRG Radio, where she disclosed that she and Lubega had not worked together for almost a year. “I may have taken a long time to announce it because I’m not the kind of person who reacts to pressure,” she said, dismissing claims of a bitter fallout. “We are good; we communicate when necessary.” In her statement, the singer cautioned the public against rumours and misinformation, noting that only updates shared through her verified platforms should be considered official. She also warned that any misuse of her name or brand would be handled through legal channels. Spice Diana confirmed that she is now operating under new management and that all bookings, brand engagements and professional communication will be handled exclusively through her official representatives. She assured fans that her career remains on course, revealing that a new management team is already in place and will be formally introduced soon. The singer thanked her fans, media, sponsors and industry partners for their continued support and promised new music, performances and bigger projects ahead.
