Ingabire out of touch with the new rwanda - MP

Member of Parliament Françoise Mukayisenga is a shrewd politician with a humble background. She was a refugee in a camp controlled by Interahamwe militia inside former Zaïre, worked as a roadside sweeper in former Gisenyi Prefecture but against all odds rose to become a Member of Parliament. In an Interview with The New Times’ Edwin Musoni, she talks about her past, Rwanda’s post Genocide reconstruction and this year’s Presidential race that has attracted a controversial figure.
