Nyarugenge Primary Court has postponed to January 14, the bail hearing of disc jockey Arnaud Shema, also known as DJ Toxxyk. Shema faces charges related to a hit-and-run accident that claimed the life of a police officer who was on duty. The defence argued that they had received the file less than 24 hours before the hearing and were therefore not adequately prepared to proceed. According to the court, Shema faces four charges, though details of the charges were not disclosed during the session.
