Bazivamo conveys Kagame’s message at Congo-Brazzaville ruling party congress

RPF Inkotanyi Secretary General Christophe Bazivamo on Sunday, December 28, conveyed fraternal greetings from President Paul Kagame to the Congolese Labour Party (PCT) during its sixth Ordinary Congress held in Brazzaville, Republic of Congo.
