Nigerian music star Davido expressed heartfelt appreciation after Rwanda’s First Lady, Jeannette Kagame, attended his sold-out concert at BK Arena on Friday, December 5. The First Lady was among the thousands of fans who filled the arena to watch the award-winning singer perform live in Kigali as part of his global 5ive album tour. The concert also featured performances from Rwandan artists including Kid From Kigali, Logan Joe, Riderman, Ariel Wayz, Juno Kizigenza, and Kitoko—who performed for his Kigali fans for the first time since returning from over a decade in the United Kingdom. Davido is set to continue his tour in Saudi Arabia, with scheduled performances in Jeddah on December 11 and Riyadh on December 13.
