Steven Hagumintwari has joined Tigers Basketball Club on a two-year deal, switching from Patriots, a club for which he had played since 2014. At 32, Hagumintwari is recognised as one of the top forwards in the Rwanda Basketball League (RBL). Last month, American-Rwandan point guard Antino Jackson, 29, also joined Tigers from APR on a two-year contract. Hagumintwari is regarded as one of the good two-way players in the RBL, performing well on both ends of the court.
