Rwandan gospel singer Chryso Ndasingwa is preparing for his first major international performance, set for November 23 at Brussels’ the Claridge. The concert, titled Wahinduye Ibihe—which translates to “You changed the seasons”—marks a new chapter for Ndasingwa, following his marriage to fellow gospel artiste Sharon Gatete, known for her hit Inkuru Nziza. Ndasingwa described it as a testament to how faith can reshape life’s challenges. “Wahinduye Ibihe was inspired by a season of personal change, moments where I saw God turn pain into purpose and challenges into testimonies. It’s a song of gratitude and a reminder that no season lasts forever. When God steps in, everything changes. The concert carries the same message: hope, renewal, and faith.” Since beginning his musical journey in 2020, Ndasingwa has grown into one of Rwanda’s leading gospel voices. He started by sharing covers of local and international gospel songs on YouTube before releasing his first original track, Mubwihisho. In recent years, he has become a fixture in Rwanda’s contemporary gospel scene, performing at major events and collaborating with other worship leaders. The Brussels show is expected to draw audiences from across Europe’s Rwandan and East African communities. Ndasingwa said the performance will be both a celebration and a moment of thanksgiving. “This concert is about rejoicing and giving thanks. Wahinduye Ibihe means ‘You changed the seasons,’ and that’s what God has done for us. We are coming together to celebrate, to testify, and to experience His presence.
