The AFC/M23 rebellion movement has condemned airstrikes carried out by the Congolese army in South Kivu province on Friday, September 19, causing civilian deaths. The rebels accused the army of targeting densely populated civilian areas using a Sukhoi-25 fighter jet and drones.
