President Paul Kagame on Sunday, August 31, arrived in Dakar, Senegal, where he will attend the Africa Foos Systems Forum. He was welcomed by his Senegalese counterpart Bassirou Diomaye Faye. The forum’s last session took place in Kigali in September 2024. The forum is a multi-sector platform comprising of 28 partners leading in African agriculture all focused on putting farmers at the center of the continent's growing economies.
