Some notable stars who showed up at the show include musicians King James, Uncle Austin, Bruce Melodie, Alyn Sano, Davis D, Juno Kizigenza and Kivumbi King and Knowles Butera, the wife of Kina music CEO Clement Ishimwe, among others. Also in the house were music business mogul Coach Gael and his brother and 1:55AM CEO Kenny Mugarura, managers like Alex Muyoboke and Claude Uhujimfura, comedian Nyaxo, Miss Rwanda 2016 Jolly Mutesi as well as producers Element Eleeeh and Nizz Beats and directors like Gad and Meddy Saleh among others. ‘Vibranium’ features eight tracks, mixed Afrobeats, Lingala, EDM, Zouk, and other global sounds with multilingual lyrics. It was executively produced by Clement who personally worked on most of the songs. Other renowned Rwandan producers who contributed to the album production include Mamba, Davydenko and Element. The tracklist includes A la Vie, already a major hit in town since its release earlier this month, alongside Sugar, a romantic zouk sound, Look at You; Hoya, Chocolat, Notre Histoire, and We Made It, an EDM-inspired track that gained a little bit attention than the rest. Speaking to The New Times, Platini P explained that the idea for the project grew organically and the album does not follow a specific theme but instead carries a general vibe that flows naturally. “We're glad that everyone is loving the album. Once every song is out, people will enjoy each one. Everybody is represented in this album,” he said. Platini P considers every song special, explaining that he does not single out any particular track, as each could appeal to different listeners. “I love every song. I just let the public decide what they love the most, because for me, whatever I release comes from the heart,” he added. Fans can expect the songs to be rolled out gradually, with a new single and music video released each month. According to the artists, production for all visuals is almost complete and ready for the audience. Nel Ngabo followed with his own hits before handing over the stage to Platini who thrilled the crowd with solo performances of Aba Ex, Jeje with Davis D, and Ntabirenze with Knowles Butera, along with a few old-school tracks from his Dream Boys era. He closed his set with a surprise touch of Congolese dance, sending the audience into an alluring mood. The night ended with both artists performing their collaborative songs from ‘Vibranium,’ which was followed by a number of tokens of appreciation from some figures who attended the concert.
