Playoffs finals, August 20 Kepler 65-62 REG American star Young Desi-Rae Yvonne caught fire as her game high 17 points inspired Kepler to a stunning 65-62 Game 1 win over Rwanda Energy Group (REG) on Wednesday, August 20, to lead the series of the best-of-seven- playoffs finals. REG started with a great performance, winning the first quarter 21-17 but Kepler quickly responded, claiming the second quarter 17-12 to go into half-time with a 34-33 lead. Returning for the second half, Kepler continued to dominate to claim the third quarter 12-8 but REG bounced back to claim the final quarter 21-19. However, it was not enough to claim the game. For REG, Akon Rose Paul Macuei dropped 12 points and Maiga Kadidia added 11 points. Game 2 between the two sides will be played on August 22.
