Semi-finals, August 10 REG Vs The Hoops Kepler Vs APR Rwanda Energy Group (REG) women basketball club’s title defense is reaching a crucial stage as they take on the Hoops in women’s basketball league semi-finals playoffs REG will take on an underdogs side in the shape of The Hoops Rwanda who finished in the regular season in the fourth place. Game 1 is scheduled at Petit Stade indoor gymnasium on Sunday, August 10. The semi-finals will be played in best-of-five series format after which the winner will qualify for the finals which will be played in best-of-seven series. ALSO READ: Hoops league: APR coach optimistic of winning championship Meanwhile, APR who finished second in the regular season will face Kepler in another semi-finals playoff Game 1 matchup. Game 1 fixtures will take place this Sunday August 10 while Game 2 matches are scheduled for Wednesday, August 13. The finals will take place from August 22 through September 5 at Petit Stade, in a best-of-seven series. The champions will represent Rwanda at the 2025 Africa Zone Five club championship.
