Rayon Sports completed the singing of 20-year-old Congolese striker Shadrack Bingi Belo on a two-year deal. The Blues continues to build the team as they prepare for the new season during which they will play the CAF Confederation Cup. Bingi Belo was playing for his home team DCMP for which he scored 20 goals in 45 games.
