Simeon Mukeshimana, a cyclist from Masaka Sector in Kicukiro District, has made history by winning Rwf60 million, the largest lottery prize ever awarded in Rwanda as anounced by the National Lottery, the Impamo Jackpot Giveaway, on July 1.
