Former APR FC coach Ben Moussa has reached a deal to become Police FC head coach in the upcoming 2025/26 Rwanda Premier League, Times Sport understands. Police FC are in search of a new coach who will replace Vincent Mashami who left the club on mutual agreement after three years at the helm. The likes of Congolese Guy Bukasa, and Erradi Adil Mohammed and Ben Moussa, who both coached APR, were all linked to the club but Ben Moussa looks favorite to land the job according to reports. Manishimwe linked to Police FC move Free agent Djabel Manishimwe could be heading to Police FC after days of negotiations over a potential move. The Rwanda international became a free agent since his contract with left Iraqi second tier side Naft Al-Wassat SC expired in June. Police are also in race to sign Alain Kwitonda who recently parted ways with APR FC. Rayon Sports are also interested in the winger. Both clubs are also chasing the signature of left back Dieudonné Ndayishimiye [Fils Nzotanga] who also left APR FC at the end of the season. Bakame agrees Rayon return Eric 'Bakame', Ndayishimiye, who was one of best goalkeepers at Rayon Sports, is returning to the club as goalkeeper coach for the upcoming 2025/26 season. The former Bugesera FC goalkeeper coach is one of the backroom staff which will work with new head coach Lotfi Afahmia. Kirasa stays at Gorilla FC until 2027 Alain Kirasa has signed a new deal will see him stay on as Gorilla FC head coach until 2027. Mukura VS wanted Kirasa to replace Lotfi Afhamia who joined Rayon Sports but Kirasa decided to stay at Gorilla FC. Known for playing by dominating ball possession, Kirasa is one of the most experienced coaches in Rwanda Last season, he helped Gorilla FC finish in seventh place with 40 points. Rayon open talks with Ugandan striker Ahimbisibwe Rayon Sports are in talks with striker Ivan Ahimbisibwe, who scored 16 goals for URA FC last season. The 29-year-old is free to talk to club after his two-year contract with URA expired. APR trio to join Marines on loan APR FC will loan midfielder Frodouard Mugiraneza and forwards Olivier Dushimimana and Arsène Tuyisenge to Marine FC for them to get enough playing time next season. Muhazi United goalkeeper Iniace Nzana Ebini has also agreed to play for Rutsiro FC for the next two years.
