Experienced forward Emmanuel Okwi has left AS Kigali following the expiration of his one-year contract. The former Uganda skipper joined the Citizens in July 2024 on a one-year deal and played a key role as they finished third in 2024/25 Rwanda Premier League. He scored 9 goals and provided 3 assists.
