President Paul Kagame and his counterpart Kassym-Jomart Tukayev of Kazakhstan on Wednesday, May 28, held tête-a-tête discussions in the Kazakh capital of Astana. Kagame arrived in Astana on Tuesday, for his second visit to the Central Asian country in 10 years. The two leaders are expected to hold a joint press conference after their bilateral meeting. Kagame was the first Rwandan President to visit Kazakhstan in 2015.
