Right-back Fitina Ombrorenga has told Rayon Sports that he wants to leave the club before the end of his contract. The Rwanda international joined the Blues on a 2-year deal from rivals APR FC on June 30, 2024 but he is now forcing a way out of the club which he accuses of failing to honor his contract. According to the letter addressed to club president Thadee Twaguirayezu om May 7, Omborenga accused the club of not giving him the recruitment fees he was supposed to get upon his move, on top of delaying payment of his monthly salary.
