Rwandan goalkeeper Fiacre Ntwari has launched a football foundation with the aim of assisting aspiring young footballers make it in the career. Based in his home district of Musanze, the foundation is set to expand to other parts of the country. The Kaizer Chiefs shot-stopper says the initiative is a way of trying to create opportunities for young talents passionate about football. In an interview with Times Sport, Ntwari expressed his desire to support the community that raised him. I want to help young boys to achieve their dreams and for them to believe that things are possible,” he noted. So far, over 50 kids have started participating in the first phase activities of the foundation as they are being trained by coaches to hone their talents in Musanze. Born in Musanze District in Northern Rwanda, Ntwari was raised at the APR Academy. He featured for Intare FC which is the youth team of the army club. Subsequent moves saw him playing for Marine FC as well as AS Kigali. His professional career has seen him play for TS Galaxy before he got a deal to move to Kaizer Chiefs in June 2024.
