The Chief of Defence Staff of Rwanda Defence Force (RDF), General Mubarakh Muganga, on Tuesday, April 22, began an official working visit to Algeria, where he was received by his counterpart, General Saïd Chanegriha, the Delegate Minister to the Minister of National Defence and Chief of Staff of the People's National Army (NPA). “Their discussions focused on strengthening bilateral military cooperation and advancing areas of mutual interest,” the RDF said in statement. The Algerian military chief visited Rwanda in February 2024.
