Belle Ville Groupe launched LA CASA Kiyovu apartments in Kigali City on April 3. The launch event featured guided tours of show units, showcasing both a fully furnished apartment and an unfurnished unit to demonstrate customization possibilities, as well as presentations on Belle Ville's flagship projects. Ramadhan Bizimana, a procurement officer at Belle Ville Groupe, emphasized the high-end amenities and services offered at LA CASA Kiyovu apartments. The project offers different types of apartments: Studios for between $50,000 and $70,000, one-bedroom apartments for between $150,000 and $190,000, two-bedroom apartments for between $232,000 and $278,000, and penthouses for between $390,000 and $450,000, which are larger than 145square meters and have three bedrooms.
