Gorilla FC coach Alain Kirasa insists his side's impressive outing this season comes down to consistency. Gorilla defeated Muhazi United 2-0 on Friday to move to third position on the league table and Kirasa says his players’ performance is due to consistency. We have moved on a pattern and the players have performed well in almost all our games, he said in a media interview. The Gorilla FC coach further admitted though that fighting for the league title is out of the equation as it is strictly a two-horse race between Rayon and APR. In terms of trophies, it is over for us considering the points we have and the number of remaining games. It is now between Rayon and APR. We however want to finish in a good position, he pointed out. Since being promoted to the topflight five years ago, Gorilla FC has always battled relegation. This 2024/25 season could be their best ever finish if they maintain the momentum.
